Thursday in Chicago at APS: Ian and I have our cameras with us, and we're having a great time in the big city. There's the Bean, in which you can see Ian walking along... and the evening sky amid the big buildings... and a bus window, with me and Ian reflected within (picture of me, taking picture of bus, me, and Ian... ).
We had a lovely time talking with and having dinner with Roger and Mary (see yesterday's post, about them); today we will go to their Study Group for a discussion of mindfulness-based interventions in psychotherapy, and in particular about the Mindfulness-Based Wellness program (and of course, we will subject these nice people to a preview of our poster!); and then, this afternoon, we'll do the poster presentation, itself. At some point, also, I believe we will be going to some of the actual sessions in this conference (!)... Some of them look as if they will be really wonderful.
The poster looks great; your presentation should be excellent. Can't wait for the next post. Cool beyond belief. Way to go, Delany and Ian. And, thanks for the ShiTown Shots.
