PHOTO GALLERY: DELANY DEAN PHOTOGRAPHY
The images in the slideshow (just above) are a selection from my online gallery, Delany Dean Photography. If you'd like to see the images in full-screen mode, just roll your mouse over the slide show image, and click on the box on the lower-right corner.
I'd be delighted if you'd stop by my gallery, and look around.

Needing New Office Space
I'm looking for new office space in Kansas City. I have decided to begin offering Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in my private practice, and that requires a room in which to hold group sessions. So, I am trolling around my contacts, colleagues, listservs, etc.
[If there's anyone in the KC area who is reading this, and you know of space available, let me know, OK? Thanks!]
In this practice I will also offer individual therapy, and training/supervision for mental health professionals (including grad students and interns) who want to learn more about using mindfulness-based interventions (or "Third Wave" Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) in their own professions.
Here's a link to the website (still under construction, but you can see how it looks, so far) for my new practice setting. I hope to get moved in and begin taking new clients and students (for individual work) around the first of June, and to begin new groups (MBSR and MBCT) around the first of August.
Meanwhile, my blogging colleague, Dr. Ginger Campbell, reminded me of a recent program about neuroscience that is really excellent. Dan Rather is the moderator/interviewer, and he did a really good job. When you click on the link, you'll see a pull-down box with the programs you can see for free. "Mind Science" is one of them.
